My husband and both work very high paced jobs. . We have a leak in our 4th bathroom downstairs. We asked for a quote. I very nice guy came in for appt at 10. He wanted to sit down w both of us and I said my husband handles the construction and I was on calls. He after speaking w my husband for 30/45 min .profiling our needs asked if I could look at materials after he looked at the shower. I said yes. So at 11 I sat down watched at least a 20 minute presentation about materials, company and his personal rating. Not interested at all! I am in sales: info needed: why it your company better, what’s in it for me, how quick can we get this redone, PRICE etc. (max time 30 minutes) I bought new flooring all real hardwood for 3000 sq Ft home in 45 minutes with samples and payment. At 11:20 I said I have to get ready for a call in 10 minutes. He said didn’t they tell u the consult would last 60/90 minutes which they didn’t. But I did say in 10 minutes it will be 90 minutes. He said well could go over…. I sat and listen until 12:17 then said I have to present on camera for 50 people haven’t done anything to prepare. This company needs to respect our time. My husband and I will NEVER get this time back. Btw even though the price was higher then we would want we just want an efficient company that will respect clients time. Also, since I basically had to exit to get on my call quickly the salesperson text my husband twice to see when we could meet again to discuss…Ridiculous no sale should take this time.

Please stop calling me. I've asked multiple employees to remove me from your call list. It's been months of multiple calls a day. Every day. Different times of the day. Different numbers. I cant even keep up on blocking the numbers. I have never asked for a quote. I do not and have never had a bathroom in need of a remodel. I rent a room. This is excessive.

Denny Ying came up with a great design for our bathroom remodel, and showed us what our new bathroom could look it. I tend to talk way too much and he never made us feel rushed, and totally treated our home like his own. He explained the remodeling process and thoroughly explained the product. We are just starting the process of gathering info and pricing to remodel our tub, to a walk in shower for my elderly Mother. Angela Gosling came to our home fully prepared. She had tons of information and we felt educated by the time she was done with her presentation. She listened to what we had in mind and was able to put together a price package. The pricing was a little more than we anticipated, but for the cost of materials, it will be well worth it to have great quality material. It was definitely a no pressure presentation. By the time she finished, my husband and I knew we didn't want to go with anyone else to do the work and when the time comes, we look forward to working with Next Home Improvements.

We got our small bathroom remodeled by this company and are so happy with the final product. Craig was our salesperson and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. CJ was our project manager and called with regular updates throughout the whole process. He is an excellent communicator and was such a joy to work with. Isaac and Ricardo completed the installation and went above and beyond. Not only were they efficient and did a gorgeous job but they were also so patient with my four year old who was completely infatuated with the whole process. My son is still playing bathroom repair three months later. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this company. Bathroom remodels are terrifying and expensive and we looked into several companies in the area. So glad we picked Next home improvements for the job. My bathroom looks so nice that I genuinely am happy about it every single day.

I recently solicited quotes for a tub to shower conversion and Next Home Improvements was by far the best company to work with. Other companies quoted me high prices with a discount if “I contracted immediately.” Next Home Improvements gave me their best price off the bat without any gimmicks and gave me the time I needed to consider the offer. Rob has been great to work with and helped me design the perfect bathroom for my space. Next Home Improvements also provides superior services and products for the same price other companies are offering for plywood and acrylic. As someone who works in the construction/procurement industry, I highly recommend this company.I am adding to my review that installation is complete. The team was courteous and kept me up to date throughout the process. The finished product is beautiful!

When we had Randy the sales rep out his attitude and knowledge were great. There were plenty of options to choose from and price ranges. It didn't take long to make a decision on what we wanted. We had a very good experience with Lifetime even though supply chain issues persist. From the owner Rick to Jason the manager and the installers we were always kept in the loop on any issues that arose. We are very please with the end result of our shower remodel. Thank you for your service and reliability.
